Ok, now seriously… everyone at the shop stopped what they were doing to come look at this guitar when it was finished. Our man Andy did an awesome job with the finish on this one. Overall the guitar looks killer, it has great hardware (Grover Sta-Tite tuners are the best) and a set of the Lollar Single Coil for Humbucker pickups that are some of our favorites. This guitar is a beaut and it plays great.
As always a hardshell case and shipping are included in the price and you have 7 days to return if it you’re not happy.
Here are the details…
The Reedsdale DC body is a double cut shape made of solid premium grade alder wood which we love for its perfect weight to tone ratio. In other words, alder is a dense wood that creates great tone but its not so heavy that it will break your shoulder.
This body has our arm chamfer which makes it super comfortable to play. It has a beautiful multi-colored burst and gloss top coat.
The neck is North American hard maple with a rosewood fretboard and block inlays.
The profile is a Soft-C shape with a measurement of 1 and 11/16 inches at the nut.
The nut is a GraphTech graphite nut and the frets are medium jumbo stainless steel.
All Moniker guitars have a 24.75″ scale length.
Tune-o-matic bridge and stop tailpiece. Grover Sta-Tite Tuners are some of our favorites. They’re rock solid.
Pickups and Electronics
Set of Lollar Single Coil for Humbucker. Here’s how Lollar describes them:
“Our single coil for humbucker offers P-90 tonality with a little less mid-range and a more open sound. And while the output is similar to a P-90 you get enhanced clarity and chime without losing any of the grit and power. Constructed with Alnico 2 magnets and a single conductor braided shield lead wire.”
We’ll post a video here of the same pickups in another solid body guitar we’ve made. We hope to get a demo video of this specific guitar up soon.
We used Alpha American pots and a Switchcraft 3-way toggle switch to hand wire this guitar.
Setup and Strings
This guitar is strung up and setup for Daddario XL 10-46 gauge strings with medium-low action.
All Moniker guitars are built in Austin TX and setup before they ship so that they arrive at your door playing great

Meet the "Steve-o-caster!" Just kidding, it's definitely not called that but our guy Steve designed this style of our Anastasia guitar for himself about a year ago and he's been gigging on it ever since with his band Nominee. That guitar has been coast to coast and it has handled it like a champ.
